Sagardoy Legal & Expat will act as the leader of the process, being responsible for proposing the action plan and assigning the tasks, as well as guaranteeing compliance in due time and form.
Functions
- To act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders.
- To select the local global mobility expert partner, as required, according to the client's preferences, in accordance with the required quality standards, taking into account the general compliance rules and of the client.
- To supervise the execution of the process undertaken by the local partner, in accordance with established processes and protocols.
- To inform regularly stakeholders about the process status, anticipating potential issues and seeking appropriate solutions.
- To monitor and track the validity of the documents obtained and to inform, as required, of the need for renewal.
- To provide invoices, including the local partner's fees, within the schedule and in the agreed form.
